First up, famous charity Cancer Research are on the look-out for a Digital Communications Manager to join their team in London. Based in Islington, you’ll help to drive their digital strategy to inform, inspire and engage their research community. Working collaboratively with teams across Cancer Research UK and externally, you’ll assist in the introduction of organisation-wide online forums and improved use of video and interactive content across their web presence. Sound good? The right candidate will have extensive experience of digital communications, understanding of digital trends, confident communication and relationship management skills as well as experience of budgeting, scheduling and work planning.
Next, high-profile government organisation the Rural Payments Agency are looking for New Scheme Copywriters to join their team in Reading. In this role, you will ensure the Agency’s customers have the right information, in the right form and at the right time. You will focus on either a new online application system for Common Agricultural Payments (CAP) or the guidance for new CAP schemes. The role will involve writing customer-focused, accessible content ranging from emails and letters to leaflets and web pages across a full spectrum of digital and print channels. Interested? The ideal candidate will have good communication, time management and relationship building skills, as well experience of writing for the web and transactional systems and a sound grasp of GDS and GOV.UK principles.
Thirdly, innovative eCommerce company Farfetch are on the hunt for a Russian Digital Marketing Specialist to join their team. Based in London, the role will involve implementing the company’s international strategy in the Russian market, working closely with the marketing and editorial teams to maintain brand alignment across all areas and developing and managing the translation process for all site content and acting as an escalation point for any issues. Sound good? The perfect candidate will be a native Russian speaker with excellent written and verbal English, have expertise in the local marketing and the knowledge to drive key business decisions. They will also have experience of using web analytics date to drive revenue and conversion as well as an understanding of key aspects of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC and affiliates tactics.
In fourth place this week, Creative Skillset – the industry body for UK creative industries – need a Digital Marketing Manager to join their team in London. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, managing and evaluating digital marketing activity across all of Creative Skillset’s channels. This will involve developing and implementing the content plan for Creative Skillset’s new website, blog and other social media channels to create and improve awareness of Creative Skillset’s work and related activities and initiatives within the creative industries. Tempted? The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge and experience of content management systems, good knowledge of HTML and SEO are well as previous experience in a digital marketing function.
Finally, MET Marketing on looking for a Senior Content Executive to join a company in West Yorkshire. In this role, you will develop engaging content to provide value to website visitors and to benefit the site from an SEO perspective, review the options for what content is achievable online by exploring channels such as video and interactive tools and how they can be utilised and write and edit copy for online product information, editorials and information. Sound good? The perfect candidate will have experience of writing and developing online content, an understanding of a variety of online media and the use of video in producing content online and a passion for online media and confidence in managing agency and internal relationships.
