First up, The Open University are searching for an Online Project Producer to join their team in Milton Keynes. In this role, you’ll work with a Senior Producer and with other members of the Open Media Unit and course teams to ensure that each of the university’s 5,000,000 annual visitors have a successful and enlightening visit – and find what they want; whether that’s more on an OU/BBC broadcasts or an extract of OU course materials. Sound like your cup of tea? The right candidate for this vacancy will have experience of devising and producing online educational material (researching and writing online content, sourcing images and managing video/audio content within a CMS), web production/editing skills and a passion for creating and curating learning experiences for a range of audiences.
Next up, Big Wednesday Digital are searching for a Senior Content Strategist to join a leading digital agency in the City of London. Working with a number of major global brands, you’ll be responsible for providing leading edge content recommendations that fit clients’ business objectives, conducting competitive audits of site content, analysing clients’ current online channels and creating strategies based on user and business insights. Like the sound of the job along with free breakfasts, free Friday night beers and a great benefits package? To bag this job you’ll need to have experience working in a digital agency, have strong PowerPoint skills and be comfortable advising top-notch brands on what it takes to create, distribute and maintain content. You’ll also need to be familiar with content management and/or editorial production processes and have strong critical thinking skills.
In third place, Propel London are on the look-out for a Digital Content Editor to join a digital marketing agency in the heart of London. In this role, the successful candidate will work closely with Content Authors and will frequently deliver briefs to in-house creative and digital teams. To secure this job you’ll need to be confident in maintaining a number of sites across various business sectors and you’ll need to have a good understanding of CMS systems. CSS and HTML and a good understanding of how to implement on-site SEO. You’ll also need to be a confident self-starter, possess excellent communication skills and have the up most enthusiasm for the agency’s clients.
Next up, Zetman Intelligent Resourcing are looking for a Web Editor/Copywriter to join their leading client in Surrey. Based in Epsom, you’ll be responsible for writing compelling and persuasive copy and content across multiple channels, working to a seasonal content plan and researching and writing SEO optimised editorial copy for the website, social and offline channels. Other responsibilities include writing feature and product copy for multi-channel campaign materials (including leaflets, direct mail and emails), writing scripts for TV and radio adverts and writing press releases on an ad-hoc basis. The perfect candidate for this role will have extensive multi-channel editorial and copywriting experience, an excellent understanding of how to deliver SEO optimised but thoroughly engaging pieces of copy and experience of delivering content plans for retail brands across multiple channels. A great creative eye, first class project management skills and strong organisation skills are also essential.
Last but not least, MET Marketing are searching for an Online Marketing/Content Manager for their leading client in Leeds. In this role, you’ll proactively manage the optimisation of the online sales conversion of products that are featured on key customer websites throughout Europe. You’ll be responsible for devising and implementing strategies to drive the overall online direction and growth and you’ll also be required to develop new and innovative ways to sell and promote products through their online partners. Sound good? To bag this role you’ll need to be able to demonstrate experience of online sales conversion optimisation, have outstanding influencing skills and have experience and an excellent understanding of major online retail operations.
